Please note: Some of our practitioners take appointments outside of our clinic hours - if you have an appointment booked and Google says we are closed, don’t worry - we are at the studio waiting for you!


By booking an appointment, you consent to the following cancellation policy:

Please note that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments affect both our practitioners and other clients who may be waiting for care.

We respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee

24 to 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee

Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee

All fees will be charged to the card on file.

While we understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can occur, our cancellation policy applies in all cases. By booking an appointment, clients accept responsibility for appointment fees, regardless of potential illness.

We appreciate your understanding, while no one likes cancellation fees (especially not us), they are a sustainable business practice. This policy is a sustainable business practice and helps us offer consistent, high-quality care to our community.

Cailin is a 2019 graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has previously competed as a competitive athlete in the sport of curling for 10 years. Her experience as an athlete, education, and passion for learning has provided her with the skills to treat a variety of conditions, with experience in deep tissue massage, pre and post natal and sports injuries. Cailin’s goal is to create a comforting, welcoming, and inclusive environment for whoever walks into the treatment room.

Aside from massage, Cailin loves outdoor activities – snowboarding, curling, hiking, and camping. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, works as a dog trainer, and also volunteers in dog rescue.

Growing up in Victoria and on Salt Spring Island, Montana has always felt drawn to nature, movement, and the healing qualities of touch. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, including 10 years in luxury spa settings and 5 years as a Registered Massage Therapist, she offers treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.

Montana began her career at the Scandinave Spa in Whistler and later worked at the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Empress. She brings a calming, intuitive approach to every treatment, helping clients reduce stress and anxiety, ease pain, and support restful sleep. Her work blends gentle Swedish massage with a range of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue, pre- and post-natal, trigger point therapy, and sports massage.

Having trained for and completed five half marathons, Montana values the role of movement and recovery in long-term wellness. Combining her clinical expertise with a holistic approach to skin wellness, she takes into account lifestyle factors, emotional well-being, and overall health when working with a client. Her focus is on supporting your skins natural vibrant flow, by diminishing muscle tension, nourishing the skin and promoting deep relaxation. She believes in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, understanding that true beauty radiates when all aspects of life are nurtured. Her treatments reflect this philosophy, offering gentle support and care to the whole person.
